Rahbin Shyne

Founder, Completionists 365

I've completed four different 365-day practices: daily poems posted publicly on Facebook, daily doodles, A Course in Miracles, and lead an intensive year of integrity work with eight friends (six of us made it the full 365 days). I've also walked 82 half-marathons on my way to 100 by age 60.

I didn't start out as a "completionist." I started out curious: What happens when you commit to small actions within a specific practice every single day for a year?

What I discovered: The practice is the training ground. The transformation shows up everywhere else.

  • 365 days of poetry didn't make me a poet—it made me a better writer in every email, text, and conversation.
  • Daily doodling taught me to trust myself and recognize when something's complete (even in dressing rooms).
  • A year of integrity work cleared my mental clutter and gave me permission to stop pretending I cared about tasks I'd been avoiding for years.
  • The real magic of 365-day practices? The unexpected carryover.

For 30 years, I taught at-risk youth how to think critically, question assumptions, and honor their word. I've executive produced and hosted 170 episodes of a podcast that earned a Webby Honor. I've authored five books on transformative daily action, including an upcoming book on the wisdom I've gained from becoming a completionist.

Now I coach high-achievers—people who've completed personal development intensives, earned graduate degrees, built successful careers—through their first (or fifth) 365-day challenge.

Because finishing what you start isn't about willpower. It's about structure, accountability, and community.
Welcome to Completionists 365. Let's finish this together.

The Completionists Coach

You don't need another cheerleader. You need someone who's been to Day 365 multiple times and can tell you exactly what's coming.

I know where you'll struggle (Day 47 when novelty wears off, Day 90 when you question if it matters, Day 200 when you're just tired).

I don't just complete 365-day challenges—I live this way. It's who I am. And I have witnessed the increased confidence and intrapersonal intelligence that others gain when they live this life.

Where others see grind, I see joy. The discipline. The practice. The commitment. I don't coach from theory. I coach from the life I'm actively living. I know what'swaiting for you on the otherside. And I will not let you quit.

Days 25, 60, 100, 150—these are the predictable struggle points. I've hit them multiple times across multiple 365s. I know what works to push through and what doesn't. You'll have the playbook before you need it.

Join the Community

When people do 365-day challenges alone, most quit. When they do them with coaching and community? The numbers flip. Eight joined my integrity challenge. Six finished. That's the power of not doing this alone.

Call To Action

I won't coddle you. I'll challenge you. I'll call out the thoughts that'll derail you. I'll give you the structure to finish—and the accountability to make sure you do. This isn't therapy. It's coaching that works.
